This compact journey keeps Xi’an’s historic centre and Lintong as two distinct, well-paced days. The first stays largely within the old city, moving from the City Wall to the Bell and Drum Towers and then into Sajin Bridge or the Muslim Quarter for an evening shaped by local food streets and changing city light. The second day travels east to Lintong for the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Palace before The Song of Everlasting Sorrow and a return to Xi’an. The contrast is deliberate: old-city urban landmarks and present-day street life on Day 1, followed by the Qin mausoleum landscape and Tang imperial associations on Day 2.
